I think that until you've a "talk" with one guy and you decide that you're an actual couple, that you can date as many guys at one time as you choose. The only catch is that you need to be honest with them if they ask if you're dating other people as well as them. The thing I would be a little more leary about is sleeping with multiple guys at one time - you don't know what diseases you're passing back and forth there and feelings also tend to get in the way a lot more when you're having sex.

No there's nothing wrong with that because you are only "dating". You're fine as long as you two don't have a commitment to one another.
