Or is there an open-minded outlook in many that some "facts" &/or history is yet to be discovered in hidden/buried scrolls somewhere?

Er. . .
Hard to fully understand. But as for me, I believe today's bible is equally sufficient for me to know God, as it was when they were compile some 1800 yrs ago.

Many groups, especially the Muslim love to claimed that Bible has been corrpted, some says has been edited many time.

But the facts remain that Bible found in dead sea area, called the deadsea scrolls, by the muslim, which dated to some 2000 yrs, proofed that Bible of today and in those time, there is little changes.

Yes, may be 100 odds of typo error. But compare to the 66 books, more than thousands of chapter, more than hundreds thousands of verses, and more then million of words, 100 odd words seems neligible.

More over, those error does not change any tiny bit of the theology at all.

There is no other book in this world, that is still so accurate after it was first written some 3000 yrs ago. (some books in bible written more than 3500 yrs ago, latest one is some 2000 yrs ago. Total of over 40 writers, but one same theme.)

>>Do Christian's wholeheartedly believe that 100% of biblical info is ONLY in todays bibles? Or is there an open-minded outlook in many that some "facts" &/or history is yet to be discovered in hidden/buried scrolls somewhere?<<

Your question leads me to believe you are unaware of all the material that didn't make the final cut when it was being decided which books would be included in the Bible.

Us non-belivers tend to use this thing called "science." I know, it sounds like a cop-out, but here's how it works: we have a hypothesis (ie, the stories in the Bible are true), then we look at the evidence (all historical and archeological data we can find) and come up with a solution. It just so happens that, as far as we can tell, a lot of it is historically and archeologically inaccurate.

It's not that people who say the Bible is false have an agenda. We just look at the evidence, and draw a conclusion based upon that. Simple. If new evidence comes to light, then we'll incorporate that. Until that happens, it remains as such. Some people like to say that scientists and non-believers have the idea that the Christian God does not exist, and we look for evidence of that. It couldn't be farther from the truth. It'd be like seeing a chocolate cake and trying to create a worldview that chocolate cakes (since they exist) should exist regardless of what we've been told. It just doesn't work that way.

Not in "...hidden/buried scrolls." Maybe some day people will look at the copious & subjective "self help" books of today, & consider them valid as well. If I believed in everything I read in ANY book I'd go over the top.

Makes no difference. That worry is not productive.
instead, answer Jesus' question:
Jesus is asking you today, Who do you say that I am?
That’s the main question,-------- the one which will determine your eternal soul’s destination.

You know, He was not a good man or a teacher as many grudgingly speak of Him.
He was one of three things.
1.He was a lunatic, a madman, suffering from delusions of grandeur; or
2.He was a liar, a deceiver trying to pass himself off as something he was not, or,
3.He is Lord of all Life, and He holds all Life in His hands now and forever.
There are no other possibilities—Because He made His three great claims: “I am God, I will raise the dead, and I will be the final judge.”
Accept Jesus as Saviour, or suffer the consequences of sin forever.

Well there are references to other texts, like Paul mentions another letter to the Corinthians I believe, and at the beginning of Luke's gospel he says that "many" have undertaken to write about Jesus..... Yet it is wrong to accept any writing about Jesus because of the Gnostic sect who wrote secret histories that frankly are not reliable in any sense and do not corroborate either the New Testament or corroborate each other. Plus there were 12 disciples (including Matthias instead of Judas) and of these only 3, I believe, have testimonies in the New Testament.
