Japanese phrase?

There's a girl at school that I really like, and she's in Japanese IV. So I was wondering if someone could give me the Romanji form of

"I think you are sweet"

○○sann tte kawaiine.

Sweet is not amai because she is not a food.

PS I was educated at Japanese school.

Well, as Japanese female I would suggest...

"Anata wa kawaii to omoimasu"

But I also think if you say "I think you're sweet", is quite sweet and most of Japanese people(especially if they're living in the foreign country) would be delighted.

I think the above post "私は非常に素晴らしいことを考える" has a different meaning than what you want to say. It means "I am thinking of something that is extremely wonderful/great."

I think that phrase may work if it is:
[name of person] san no koto, subarashii you ni omowaremasu.

I'd go for "kimi" over "anata." "Kimi" is a tender way of saying "you" to girls and I think it would melt her heart. Depending on how close you are to her, I'd also leave off the formal, "desu." So if it is someone you know and are in a private setting, I'd say,
"Kimi wa, amaii' or
"kimi wa, yashashii"

amaii= sweet
yashashii= nice, kind
