can a doctor give you medcine to make your hair grow? just wondering?

There ARE vitamins that promote healthy hair growth/repair. They usually work for skin/hair/nails - that's in case ur problem is lack of vitamins. U might be needing some changes to ur diet too, so seeing a doctor is a good thing anyway.
And then again what EXACTLY is ur problem- u just want it to grow super-fast, or are u losing it, or has it been damaged by chemical treatment?
Anyway, along with ur doctor's prescription, u can try natural, harmless treatments for ur hair and scalp: henna powder (find henna that doesn't dye ur hair unless u wanna turn red) and agrimony oil promote hair growth, avocado and jojoba oils repair hair and add considerable shine strength and flexibility.
Combing with a wooden comb and giving gentle massage to ur scalp daily will stimulate hair growth also. But don't expect it to grow just overnight:)

If your hair is not growing you may be lacking nutrients or vitamins so taking a daily vitamin can help to increase the rate of growth but there is no real way to make hair grow other than a healthy diet. If your hair is thinning there are certain products which can help to regrow hair as long as the follicle is still alive.

I dont think any doctor can give medicine, to make your hair grow faster or longer.Some people are just made that way.Your hair probably grows so much then stops. My sisters hair does that but mine just grows until I get it cut.
