17 yrs old. O+ve group. My hair line has receded quite a bit. I used to use a hair blower, but when i stopped, the recedeing stopped too.. But i hav lost lot of hair especially on the sides. Not hereditary balding since no one else in family is bald. Does anyone know a way to get back the lost hair naturally. Thanks.

There is no method that has been proven to stop hair loss or regain lost hair. Sorry man. I am 26 and my lines have begun receding pretty badly and have kind of accepted the fact that there's not much I can do. I've heard all tho old wives' tales like if you wear hats it causes it(I do wear a lot of baseball caps) but I don't believe them. I mean look at all the baseball players who wear hats for a living and still have great heads of hair. I think it is all nature and you can't beat nature. Sure genetics help or hinder but you can't fight the inevitable you may only be able to slow it down.

well in that case please dont use the hair blower on daily basis
it makes the hair loose and results to hair breakage
first the homely based method tell your mama for a daily massage of oil with light hands
an use the mustard oil(sarson)
this will surely help and i have seen results
this will reduce the hair fall
and if this doesn't suits you
u can try the bakson's and drugs it is a homeopathic clinic
it has branches everywhere they give homeopathic medicines for hairfall also it is course of 6 months
try that it's good
