I'm an attractive, intelligent girl and I have a crush on an interesting guy I've been recently working with. However, he likes another intelligent gal who's prettier and sexier than I am, and probably more the type he's attracted to. She flirts with him and I see he really likes her. But she's taken. He and I talk so easily and work well together. I really like talking to him and being around him, but I don't flirt so much because I get that way when I like someone. I do become ridiculously helpful, though, which I've done with him. But where does that leave me?

I know he respects me and we have a good laugh together. He's witty, smart, sweet, considerate, honest and sensitive.

We have to still work together for a while and we're getting to know each other very well, but I can't shake the fact that he may not see me in that way because he's so enamoured by her.

Should I just keep on doing what I'm doing or should I try to make myself stand out more?

I was just in a similar situtation and it turns out that he just liked me as a friend. Anyway if you think he likes the other chick more and you and him got together could you live with the fact you were second best? Move on and find a guy who can like you for who you are. If you have to act different to get his attention, then he isn't right for you.

Hi there,
Talking about relationship is somewhat a fascinating issue. I have lots of gals in the past and most gals gather around me. I can date them any time of the day with their open arms. However, the real girl I was with was not those that I knew. It was somehow matchmake by friends. We got married after a 10years. But now we are divorced. The moral of the story is that let faith take it path. Do not try to overrun it. No doubt in modern society we are talking about opportunity and chances. But I strongly believed that BGR (boygirlrelationship) is fated in the whole. Do not let the guys step on two gals. Eventually you are the one on the losing side as he is more interested in the other gal. Just move on and better tomorrow will come before you notice it. Let me now, getting to know someone who is more understand and more caring than my ex.. Lastly, pick yourself up and let the guy go after you instead of you trying to make a falseful chance by yourself. If he make the move now, you will be on the upper hand again. Thanks

I hope you learn from my experience right here and now. Do not date anyone from work. It doesn't matter how charming attractive or what kind of chemistry is there. you are coworkers and that just messes up anything you could potentially have in a relationship.

I used to see a man that I worked with. He was ready to be serious when I was not. The word got out about us and I ended up offending his friends at work and our boss didn't approve of the situation. We both left our jobs shortly after though I have since returned. We saw each other recently and yes, he was as gorgeous as ever and the chemistry was still there!

Work relationships are funky , maybe when you don't have to work with him so much you should ask him out. It may at least be worth a shot. If not then you can remain friends.
