will foam really help? i can make alot of noise at times.

you can buy foam for soundproofing a room through music stores like guitar world or guitar center or put carpet on the walls or if ur cheep try that foam egg bed pad stuff you can spray paint it probably to make it look better.

Modern day tapestries, go to a discount rug dealer and hang the rugs up like pictures. two birds with one stone, sound absorption and decoration. I have deed restrictions on my condo saying that there is to be NO loud music, but I practice both my guitar and piano, without my neighbors knowing.

foam will not SOUND PROOF, but it will eliminate ALOT of sound.

the owens corning insulation with the pink panther on it actually makes sound deadening insualation..do that
