You shouldn't bring it up until sex is an issue. Whether or not you've had sex before shouldn't change how a guy treats you. Guys will react differently if they know one way or the other, so just be yourself and keep your secrets.
If a guy asks whether or not you're a virgin, turn the question on him. "Should a virgin be wary of a guy like you?" or "Do I come accross as a virgin?". It is really no ones business until you're climbing into bed with them.

No, don't admit to anything even if you go through with the wild thing, that way you preserve your reputation if you don't do any thing with him. Know one, but you and God needs to know your a virgin. And, even if your cherry gets popped, you still don't have to tell him, unless your serious about the relationship and it is possible to go long term.
If you tell him he may lose interest in you especially if he conquers you, or boast to his friends about it. And if he boasts he will surely want nothing to do with you (until a month or two later when he is horny) And then the boast cycle can repeat itself.
Date mature young men....the quite ones........

I believe honesty is the best way to go. She should be open and honest to whomever she is going out with and if the guy she's dating is open minded, he wouldn't mind and understands her reason of being a virgin.

I wouldn't think it would be necessary to even bring up the subject on the first date.
But if it comes up, don't lie about it, and explain your reasons why. True, it might not be something he wants to hear, but if he doesn't, then he isn't for you anyway.

It's not his business until it becomes his business. Evidently you do not chose to make it men's business easily, so there is no question.
BTW, Good for you, and it's probably time to get married.

if the subject comes up yeah, there's nothing wrong with it, whether it be because of religious beliefs or just cause it hasn't happened there's no shame.
