i have a female friend who lost A LOT of weight within 2 months. i mean, she isnt someone who exercise, she didnt even manage to pass her physical fitness test. and she used to be called "fat pig" in school but now shes a bathing beauty. she lost many many weight, she used to be 56kg, but now she is 49kg. what did she do? i mean, any ideas? she doesnt want to tell us how she lost weight, and i fully respect her decision. but i want to lose weight too, any help?

Anyone who loses alot of weight in a very short period of time is doing something that is probably not healthy.
And if she is not willing to tell you how she did it than that means its something questionable! Liquid diets are famous for the whole lose weight fast, but guess what most people gain it back eventually. The only way people lose weight, and keep it off is by eating well, portion control and exercise, as a personal trainer Ive seen it all from bulimia, anorexia, to so called fast diets and the list goes on. Honestly if she is not willing to tell anyone than its probably not a good type of weightloss!!

For one thing stop calling yourself dummy, believe it or not self esteem plays a big rule in retaining extra weight. So learn to care enough about yourself to stop calling yourself Dummy.
Also she probably doesn't want to tell you becuase she's anorexic and afriad for others to find out.

well dummy,you drink lots of water and eat very little.
take a vitamin a day. i lost 25 pounds from barely eating in 4 days.
i also had pneumonia at the time.
