Jesus lives everywhere. I don't believe that when He was on the earth,physically that He lived in India. There is no record of it.

jesus never died on the cross. the so called resurrection and sermons are an eyewash to escape from the untrustworthy apostles who did not even have the courage to protest his crucification.
jesus was in india before his crucification. he spend quite a good time wandering with the budhist monks, learning the basic budhist principles before returning to his homeland and started preaching. what he spoke was alien to the people, hence few people followed him at that time.
the angels who appeared were not the angels of bible, but they were normal human beings. probably budhist sannyasins. they saved him from death. budhist sannyasins/monks not meare men of religion, but also good doctors. hence they saved him and took him to himalyas. there are recording in tibetian budhist texts about a man whom they called Isa whose descriptions matched to those of the jesus who was crucified. he had the marks of wound inflicted during crucification on his hands and foot and on body. later he disappeared. a man of the same description was also found at a later age in japan who died there at a ripe old age.
chuch and christian will never accpet this. because the religion founded on jesus's name was the creation of Paul (he was known erlier as Saul). the whole foundation is very shaky, thats why they want to convert the whole world into christianity.

Hello =)
There is reason to believe that the Brother of Jesus, James, travelled far to the east in his education, and may have reached as far as India....in any event James met with the teachings of Buddhism, and brought some of it back with him.
Of course James was not a Buddhist....he was a Kabbalistic Jew, and then the founder of the Church of Jerusalem, the first Christian Church.....but many of his messages were Buddhist-like, and James taught an original doctrine of rebirth....
Of course, once Peter had died, James, and his church were destroyed by the Church of Rome...... Scholars are only now piecing together the teachings of the Church of Jerusalem in any real way....it is a worthwhile endeavor.....for, in the lost Gospel of St. Thomas, Thomas asked Christ:
To whom shall we look, when you, My Lord, are gone??
and Christ answered, "Look to James, my brothers, for whom the heavens and earth were made."
Of course, Christ did not mean this literally, but it was a very Buddhist-like thing to say, from one who was not as familiar with Buddhism.....
Namaste,
--Tom

no no no, Jesus was English! those feet on these green and pleasant hills and all that.
um, actually if he lived at all (which is historically questionable) it was in what we now know as 'the middle east' (that trouble spot). Nowhere near India, anyway.
