Just tell her. If she was stupid enough to make that big of a mistake, she is stupid enough to get the consequences right up the side of her head.
Truth is she's doomed now to just degenerate into horedom having any and every guy who's conveniently close every time the tickle hits her belly, so it doesn't matter.
And if she smacks you, smack her right back. If she's man enough to dish out (in multiple ways evidently) she's man enough to take it. (wow, also true in multiple ways.)
Or you might keep her on the line just for the sex. Say to her you love her, but you're a quiet, solitary person and don't like to spend so much time with other people. Espescially people you love so much. It's too intense. Then everytime she comes over, do her. Try getting her to do really degrading stuff after a while. You can probably get anal if that's your thing.
If you can come back in a month saying you got her to eat out of a dog bowl while you smakced her on the bottom witha phone cord, you'll be my hero.

Apparently, if you she is on your jock, you must have let her get her way too much. What men most understand, regardless of the fact that you have children together, that doesn't give her the right to own you. As a man, your responsibility is to the children and the lines goes there. Now, if she is too mentally unstable not realize her place then, she needs psycho therapy and the man needs to cut off any personal relationship (aside from children related)with that women to let her know he means business and keep progressing on with his life.

I would not tell her, the only reason you would tell her that would be to hurt her more than you have already. Just tell her that you are sorry that we had sex and that you are not ready for a relationship right now.
