I in the end want a six pack, but i kno its gonna take a while. and im ready to work really hard for it. but i dont exactly konw wat to do. i try to run everydya no matter what(this week and next week slacking off a lil cuz of finals) and once in awhile i do sit ups. but wat will help me get great results as fast as possible?

first, if you want to burn fat, do cardio everyday (yes, running) for no less than one hour in a fast pace. Running for 30 mins does not help as it is in about 45 mins of cardio when you actually start to burn fat. Do ab exercises 3 or 4 times a week. and the most important thing is that you have to eat healthy food! Eat 6 times a day every 3 hours to increase your metabolism so you could burn more fat. Drinking plenty of water also increases your metabolism. I suggest you go to www.bodybuilding.com as they have tons of articles for beginners

Many women complain that they do many sit-ups or cruches every day and never see results. The reason for that is that both upper abs and lower abs need to be worked. Sit-ups and crunches both work the upper abs.

For lower abs, sit on the edge of a chair and lift both legs up and down. You can also do a set of leg lifts laying down on the floor lifting one leg at a time or both if you want.

Don't stop the crunches and sit-ups. The leg lifts will enhance your ab workout. Do all three exercises.

Okay, first things first, you have to start with your diet. make sure you limit the amount of fat you eat and maximize your intake of lean proteins. unlike the myths out there regarding 6 packs, getting nice abs means much more than sit ups. you have to work your whole body out. do your sit ups, your crunches, your obliques, you have to run and much much more and increase the difficulty gradually(light weights,etcetera). Then make sure you eat a lot of proteins(make sure youre never hungry, and, before each work outs make sure you get a carb rich snack like an energy bar), very little or no fat and always stay hydrated. work out at least four times a week and you will be looking sexier in no time and not only will you have a killer six pack. your whole body'll be toned up.

Good results take time. Just continue to eat right and take a little time out for your excercises everyday and you will see result. Crunches are very highly recommended. Trust me, when i wanted to really tone up, i do crunches every day for a month and take a step class at bally 3 days a week and definitely a big difference. Keep up with ur running too! good luck!!

first off, you need to get into a weight lifting program, and not just work on your abs, that way you're proportional

but crunches, sit ups, curl ups, those sort of things do really good
twenty minutes of those twice a day will getcha there

(btw...i would go for a nice simple four-pack...six packs on girls dont look that good)

if u keep workin out everyday u will only tire ur body ... u have 2 keep give it breaks ... try 2 avoid workin d same muscles on consecutive days .... not even ur abs ...
as for runnin take d weekends off
