I would take some nite time meds, drink plenty of fluids, you might also use some vicks vapor rub on your chest and back. Also go to your bathroom sink turn the hot water on and put a towel over your head and breath in the steem for a few minutes (about 10 minutes) than go to bed get under the covers ant try to sweat it out. I have done this every time I have a cold and it works. As far as your ears there is really nothing you can do but just wait till they unclog them selves. My ears always get blocked when I have a bad cold. Don't try to un block them with water or anything because it could lead to a bad infection like swimmers ear. good luck and hope you feel better

Call your doctor. It sounds like you may be getting an ear infection because of the cold you have.

That's most probably from blowing your nose...but check with your doctor about it. That's what I would do.

You probably have some fluid build up. Take a decongestant it should help to break it all up.

Drink a lot of fluids. It will help flush out your sinus.
