I don't qualify for the program where the state buys it off of you; what can I do with this vehicle and try to get at least 1000 to 1500 for it?
(It was an Arizona car - passed smog last year in AZ - it runs great, '94 Jeep Cherokee Sport with a 2" lift- it's a nice car, I hate to just dump it and get nothing in return for it)

Sell it "as is" and inform the buyer in writing on the bill of sale and keep a copy.

Try craigslist.org. It's much better than Ebay. I've used it often.

You can search craigslist.org for similar vehicles for resale value comparison.
