Maybe just MAKE SURE that it is the correct girl, she may say yes but it will be turn out to be the 70 year old that covers during her break.

Why not just ask for her number (or give her yours), and ask her out when you talk to her on the phone. If she is a pretty woman she probably have all kinds of jerks flirting with her though the window. Besides that is a time she should be working, not trying to pick up a man, so her boss (who could be listening), may not like it if she allowed men to pick her up at work.

only if you know she's going to say yes. and doesn't expect it's going to happen. cause otherwise very embarrassing for you if she says no. also make sure she's the one working at the time.
