I started getting itching sensations in my vainga a few days ago and I got a rash. I believe its from a new soap I used, who knows though. Yesterday it started stinging when I went to the bathroom, and i woke up this morning and i doubled over in pain when i went and cried my eyes out. Happend every time since then. Its the worst pain i have felt in my entire life. I called hte doc and all they said was put vaseline on it and call back NEXT WEEK. i cant function like this, im not even drinking because the pain is so bad. I am literally crying because of the urine hitting the open scratches. Is there anything I can do to get it to heal faster? I first tried neosporin, didnt help. Then a monistat cream. no luck. I last used desitin. That helped a little. But i just went again and there I was absoutely crying again. Please help. No I dont have an std. And I know this for a fact. Any ideas what this could be? PLEASE HELP no one is taking me seriously about this I am in SO MUCH PAIN

u should really go see another doctor! it sounds really serious and if u leave it, it may become even more serious!

it might not just be open cuts. u mite have a internal infection or something wrong with yr kidneys, so make sure the doctor checks for everything.

i dont see how vaseline would work tho. keep using desitin until u see the doctor and if he doesnt help much then tell him how much pain yr in!

Good luck!!! Hope u get better!!!

Get some Gentian Violet solution at the drug store and sop the opening, and the inside as much as possible. Do it in the shower. It can only be removed from the shower floor with alcohol which you would not put on a tender vagina.

The best thing to do, actually, is to visit an FP or GYN in person.

Benadryl or Alavert (OTC) may reduce the itching.

I agree with Answerer 1. It sounds like you have a urine infection.

If you can't get in to see another doctor for a couple of days, try one of the following.

Drink more water (helps to dilute the urine)

Buy some Urex. This will also dilute the urine, and is better than water.

I do hope that you can get in to see someone soon. You have all my sympathy. I actually cringed when I read your question.

It sounds like you have a urinary tract infection Call another Dr. and get to them as soon as possible. Urinary tract infections are very painful and you need some antibiotic and they can give you some little pills that will stop the burning and itching in a day.

it might be an infection,go to another doctor and let them carry out tests for your urine or even blood. youll be given a cream to apply . For the time being stop using the soap especially the antiseptic soaps they have different reactions on people. i had a similar problem n was told it was yeast i was given medicines some to insert in the vagina . all best n quick recovery

Could also be a kidney infection...without proper treatment it will get worse. The best thing is keep ringing other doctors, and in the meantime drinks lots of water to help flush it out

Doctor sweety im sorry but you need to see a doctor as fast a spossible. a gynecologist sounds about right for the area your describing. if theyc annot see you immediately then please please go to the emergecy room. theyc an treat you there or get you into see a doctor faster. you could have a very serious condition. possibly an STD or worse a urinary tract infection (crystals or kidney stones.)

Whatever you do though I reccomend seeing a doctor or emergency room as fast as possible.

Did you wash you v with soap because of the itching- you are not supposed to wash it with soap, you know, because you disturb the natural balance of good and bad bacterias there ... just wash with water or with special feminine wash liquids that you can purchase . It does sound like a urinary tract infection. You better see the doctor asap!
