Is the ROE for our troops going to be changed to more closely reflect that of the enemy?

If it is, will this piss off allah and make him dig down deep and use more children as suicide bombers.

I believe in fact it should be more ruthless just as the enemy fights. They have no concern for humanity, so killing them should'nt require certain facts in order to engage.

It is of my own personal belief, that anyone raising a weapon in the intent of killing another man should be killed. I have served in the US Army for 20 years and 2 wars. If someone raises there weapon at me I will do my best to subdue that threat, even it means killing him. If we go with the enemy's tactics we would be labeled as ruthless killers we can not drop to the level of our enemy. I believe the ROE are there for our own safety and not PC based. As stated before they very from situation to situation.
