how do i keep people from starting rumors about me liking my friends, they happen to be girls, but i only like them as friends. i wanna know how to stop it with out having to be extremely careful about what i say and do, HELP?

Make a joke out of these rumors, make people laugh they won't take you seriously and will think you don't like them. Don't let it bother you because that is why they do it.

1. do nothing and the rumor will stop after a while
2. if u know who started the rumor, make up a new rumor lol like "she likes me!"
3. say randomly, loudly so that everyone hears, "who spread the rumorknow nothing, they're so stupid"
if u r friends, ur friends must understand that those r just rumors and ur friendship won't be ruined. dont worry

I have many many female friends also. And they are just that: friends! I've also been teased about it. You really don't have to do anything about it though. You will prove people wrong because you really DON'T like the girls like that. If you don't let it bother you then they should stop. If you try to appease them it may get worse or change.

That used to happen to me with my guy friends, and I would always say to the other people, "Have you ever heard the word 'platonic'?" That made them feel stupid, so they shut up.

honestly only thing i can really think of is ignore them. if u seem to be bugged by it a lot, tehy prolly wud do it more. be like i dont like her, and if u think that, well thats ur problem not mine.
its more i have to be there to kno how to liek specifically help you.
either that...or get a gf maybe...they'll prolly bak off.

rumors aren't gonna stop no matter what you do. you jus gotta deal with it.
in the meantime if someone approaches you and ask you about it, jus say "whoever told you that tell them i said your mamma.... "

who cares if people might think your Friends. as long as you and your Friends know how you feel it doesn't matter what any one else says....besides their probably jealous

Say things like, "She's a great friend to have. She's like a sister to me," or, "she reminds me of my cousin," things like that. If you do have to deny it, say it carefully, not all, "I do NOT like her!" but, "well, she's great, I'm just not interested in dating her - we're so great as just friends!"
