yes i have bought a digital camera but every time i take a piture al over the face of the ppl and just things there are bright colors (red,blue,green, and others) does any one think they can help me stop or reduce this problem

I need 2 know the camera brand and model to answer properly. Meanwhile i just can side that it could be something wrong with lenses, sensor or even focal length (the distance between u and the object that u want to capture).

here's what i would do i would buy an ipod and kill it in front of it and it will be scared and work... thats what i would do... jk lol sorry but i dont know much about ipods because i broke mine and now im an ipod killer... sorry i couldn't help you... just trying to brighten your day with a good laugh... well i hope u get ur problem fixed...

u can either buy a new one or take the picture at a better angle.
