You cannot "Make" a person love you - Love is an emotion and emotions form from the inside out; they are not something that comes from an outside source that is placed into them. You can be romantic, but she can still not love you; you can be protective, but she can still not love you; you can be rich/handsome/endowed/funny/adventurous/sincere/strong/etc. and she could still not love you.
She loves you or she doesn't - that's the end of it all. You can be friends and form solid relationships and love can grow between you, but you cannot make her love you. If you're looking for love, look for someone who already loves you. If you're looking for a solid relationship then be yourself and stick with the people who reciprocate wonderful relations with you.
Again, Love comes from the inside - it's not something you can "make someone" do for or to you.
