Although this might be important to you, you'll find that its not so important to the person who loves you. People get so hung up on the whole body image thing, missing the fact that in the end, its not so important. With all respect, If you were planning on working at Hustler, well it may be important, otherwise dont be too concerened. But to still try answer your question, my only suggestion would be keep it trimmed and clean.
