If her breasts feel hot to the touch, then she needs to be seen by the vet. However, if they are the same temp as the rest of her tummy, then she may just still have a little milk that hasn't reabsorbed. Keep and eye on her tummy, and take her to see a vet immediately if they become hot, red or seem painful to the touch.
If it doesn't go away or they get bigger within the next month, then take her to the vet..

She could have mastitis, her milk should have cleared up by now - try warm water on her mammories (breasts) and gentle massage to help break up the lumps and get the blood following in the area. If she is too sore to touch, feel hot, has any discharge from the nipples, goes off her food or it doesn't clear up in a couple of days go to vet.

Any mammal that stops nursing has fullness for a while after.
Heat to touch, temperature, loss of appetite would be some symptoms of mammary infection.

well why was a mix anything nursing? why isn't she spayed? as for the lumps it depends on what you mean by lumps. if they are still enogorged and hard and hot to touch. take her to the vet. if they're not take her to the vet anyway and ask about it, and while you're there ask about scheduling a time to have her spayed.
