Because there are many kids too on this site man! So, u get either reported by other users, or simply yr question doesn't go through!

Because some ninny gets offended, probably. Hell, they report you for almost anything. Try using euphemisms. Substitute stuff for what you are asking about, like instead of saying weenie, say 'hot dog'. Comprende?

Its because of the specific words that you use in your questions. Also, sometimes a question offends a prude who then reports you and poof, the question is gone.
