how do i stop biteing my necklace.
all day i bite my necklace.its a habbit.i cany stop like ill open it.and there will be like spit it in help me stop this.habbit?????

Don't wear necklaces...if you must wear them, coat them in bitters, what they put on the fingernails of nail biters, try chewing gum...sugarless, since it seems as though you will need lots!

Leave your necklace at home and tell yourself that you will stop this habit. After 28 days, you probably can stop this for good. Have a nice year and I know you can do this.

Spray your necklace with Bitter Apple. Then it will taste bad when you put it in your mouth, and you will stop biting it.

do u get straves alot whenever you try to bite on youre neck lace. maybe you need to go to a doctor to check you see if they can gave you something to help you stop the problem that youre having .
