It is breast tumors. Very few of them are actually cancerous, but they need to be removed. If you have her spayed at the same time, it won't cost much more than the spay, and spaying will help her keep from growing more.
I had my 7 year old small dog spayed this sumer, as she had those tumors forming. She did really well, and couldn't be happier now..It took about 3 weeks for her to really get back to her old self..

First thing go to a vet and find out what they actually are because if its a nasty then the sooner you get on to it the better.
I am guessing like the others that it is breast tumours they can be cut out without any dramas but can come back.
My dog had them too but not near the nipples, they never grew back.

take her to your vet. they can tell you what it is exactly. no one on here can tell you what they are and you need to have her diagnosed by your vet. your vet can tell you the chance of them being cancerous. if they are often removing them will be enough. if she is not already spayed see if it will be possible to do so when they remove them. it will depend on her age. if she's an older dog, make sure you do presurgical bloodwork and your vet can monitor her while under anestetic. but leaving them is far more dangerous than having them surgically removed. good luck to you.

It is probably breast tumors. They are not a big concern now, but they need to be removed asap, before they turn cancerous.

It could be a cyst (harmless). Get your dog checked by the vets.
