As far as I know high blood pressure and being tired are not correlated to one another. Most likely being tired would be related to stress, not enough sleep, not eating right, and being fatigued or lethargic.

Heh, you should never jump to conclusions. If you think you have High Blood Pressure, check with a general physician. Yet tiredness can be a sign of one in a million things. If tired, try to get some rest, perhaps a bar of chocolate would help?

more like low, Headache and blurred vision and high blood pressure. lack of sleep is the usual culprit for tiredness.

No... usually it is sign of low blood pressure... I have low blood pressure and am always really tired... so I crave sweets and such... coffee might help against that.... at least having low blood pressure is better than high...
