iam 40 kgs over weight. iam on diet now. how can i reduce my bustline, stomach and hands within 2 months atleast to some extent if not totally. guide with some exercises for these areas.

There are always two parts to this sort of thing: diet and exercise. You will not totally see results in 2months, not 40kgs. That's impossible and dreadfully unhealthy. Reducing weight and gaining strength is a dedication process and thus should be one you learn to enjoy. Therefore, it would be wise to invest in healthy meals cookbooks and the like if you haven't already. As for exercises. To firm up your bust line, you want to do exercises that work your pectorals, or chest muscles. This means pushups if you don't have access to free weights or weight machines. You can do push ups from your knees if it's too difficult otherwise. Also, various abdominal training exercises for your stomach. There's a large variety of exercises for varying ability levels. I'd recommend going to a personal trainer at least once to get some exercise tips to match what you need. Otherwise, cardiovascular exercise for at least 30min. a day will do wonders. That can mean going for a brisk walk, or aquarobics or swimming, or something else. It doesn't have to be pro-athlete style. Start with what you can manage and build from there. But never get discouraged. If you're eating well and getting plenty of exercise, then you WILL get results, even if you can't see it in the short term. You have to push through the short term, that's the most discouraging time. The first three months is when most people quit. Never quit. Make it a lifestyle choice, and your health can go nowhere but up.

excersises that can help firm up your bustline, benchpress, flies, and pushups. check the net for graphical explanation of how to perforn above mentioned excercises. with weight loss you will definately reduce your bustline. its not rocket science to lose weight.... spend more energy than what you take in. dont jeopardize you health to lose the 40kgs. diets are temporary, consider a change of lifestyle. good luck!

there is no fast way to lose weight a good diet and exersize with plenty of water will show results in about 30 days stick to it and things will improve.for chest any arm work outs like push ups bench presses or likesprigs pushing hands togeter.stomach sit ups. hands should take care of themselves stick to it it will come.

To firm up your bust line: Hold your arms in front of you.......grasping your forearms and push back and forth. Do this 20 times in the morning and night. It tightens the muscles that support your breast.
