I am a women...so It is my opinion that....most people put more time and effort into their job performance than they do into their "spouse" performance. We as people know, without a doubt, that we can lose a job for poor performance or behavior.......as the same people, we subconsciously assume we will not lose our spouse if we don't put in our full effort. It is one of those age old questions..you know like the common e-mail that points out that we treat a stranger walking down the street with more kindness and compassion than we do our own family.
