any one here into making wine? im making a batch of peach wine and wanted to see if anyone had any knowledge to share. if so leave your im name. thanks

I have a batch of 1/2 grape and 1/2 apple going now. I have racked it 4 times and will be ready to bottle it next month. I'm planning on starting a new batch in March.
