Well you would want to get a good diet so you can put on some weight and start toning your lower body
That would even you out lol

Unfortunately you can't really do much at all. IT sounds like you just have a larger upperbody (chest/sides). It's genetic. If you get a boob reduction you will still have a larger upper body but then will have a flat chest and will resemble yourself as a boy. V =shape
It's odd to say so, but perhaps as an experiment, you could attract more attention to your butt, like wearing shorter shorts, but long sleve shirts. Might help visiually level you out.

Anything with stretch will help you out. Stay away from the Skinny jeans, b/c they'll fit your legs well, but not so much your hips. Dont get low slung jeans either, because it will push the 'fat' from around the hips over the edge of the paintline and it will stick out more. I know the Gap/Old Navy jeans are pretty good, I have hips (but I got a booty too).

volunteer.
visit nursing homes, child welfare agencies etc. you will find they love you just the way you are.
just firm up any part of your body you don't think has enough strength and get on with your life. the gals in the glam mags, whose pictures have not been retouched, are freaks of nature. that's why they are in the mags. do you know how much money the glamor, diet and exercise industry generate each year from making women feel uncomfortable in the own body? BILLIONS.
just say no.

There is no way to lose fat in certain places. If you started a regimen of cardio and light weight training, you would definitely have a different body shape. Your body would increase in lean muscle tone which is what gives people definition and if you have any unwanted fat, you would lose it.

You were fearfully and wonderfully made dear, be happy about your body and love yourself.
Other than surgery? Nope! Not unless your family has a tendency to grow large hips and legs when they gain weight.
Believe me, I am the same, and have been all my life. :)

Do Lots of Squats and Run up Hill Alot!!! It will make your Booty muscles more firm, so your *** and **** will even out hopefully.
OR you could get a breast reduction, it's alot more common than you think.

Try working out your legs with weights they have those types of machines at gyms

i feel your pain, im like a size zero with 32FF boobs. am trying chest exercises, hopefully all the extra stuff in my boobs will turn to muscle.
