You bet, both the left and the right and run at them and surrender....NOT....it is our duty to uphold the Constitution of the USA, that is why we shouldn't allow illegals to stampede into the USA now. They are not legally or morally bound to uphold the Constitution as are citizens who are born there, or legally enter. I am in Iraq now supporting a cause to keep that from happening for that is a real threat. If nothing, we are getting some great practice here in urban warfare.

Protection of the state is a duty of every citizen. Thus, when the country is attacked, all citizens must take up arms and be counted in the draft.

I think you could have modified the question to ask "If USA was attacked by enemy country's, and you took up arms, are you a terrorist?"
See, the problem with people with very narrow minds, such as some neocons in America is that they have their own rules and when it comes to others different rules apply.
That is why they call the Iraqis who are fighting against US soldiers the 'bad guys'.
Think about it, are you bad guy if you take up arms against invaders?

where do I sign up. If I were not so old I would have already joined the military and gone to Iraq. Better to fight them there than here. By the way what do you think the attack of 9/11 was if not an attack>

Ok i have already taken up arms, i am in the army, but if we were to be invaded then yes id be there, no onw will march up to my home and tell me to do somthin, i will take up arms against those of the US, and those who invade the US

But I'm not an American and I don't live in the USA. And I don't own any arms. And I don't qualify for the military.
