Eat only fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Preferably raw, but if you insist on cooking, prepared as simply as possible using only spices and salts for flavourings.
Drink LOTS of water.
Don't drink any beverages that contain calories. Including milk.
Cut out dairy products, eggs, meat, alcohol and sugar.
