Well, you can try a depilatory cream, I'd recommend Veet for Sensitive Skin because breast skin is delicate. Leave it on for the recommended time and avoid getting any on the nipple.

Glad to see your question. I've had this question for a long time. I read the other answers and they are good. The most effective is tweezing. Lasts the longest. Also, the longer you use the tweezers, the better. The hair will eventually become thinner and lighter. For permanent removal, try laser or electrolysis. Sorry you have this trouble, but remember you are not alone. If there is a good way to tell a boyfriend about it, let me know.

use a good epilator with a massaging function.. it will distract you from the pain.
after using it for a few times you'll get immune to the pain and you can start using tweezers which does a cleaner job.

Tweezers, it's quick, take awhile to grow back, and there are usually only a few hairs.
