Richard Dawkins' "The root of all evil" is available on Youtube.

Personally, I didn't think 'The God who Wasn't There' was all that wonderful. I feel like it was a strawman argument with an ending that I thought was extremely juvenile. I guess there were some decent points, but the rest may have compromised its credibility.

Edit: I recently watched The Virus of Faith on YouTube, the Dawkins documentary mentioned above. I thought it was only so-so. In my opinion, it was much more honest in its approach than The God who Wasn't There, but many of the assertions were purely conjecture and clearly biased. Not the most convincing approach. I'm currently watching an interview Denys Turner from the atheism tapes, and this is some of the best discussion I've seen, probably because it's not limited by time or by pushing a view in a debate. Here we have a theologian telling us why we're bad atheists. It's an interesting talk about the philosophy of theology. I'd highly recommend this one, but maybe start with one of the others if you haven't really explored atheism yet.

"The root of all evil?"
"The god who wasn't there"
"Atheism: a brief history of disbelief"
and "The atheism tapes" <- full interviews from the previously listed documentary.
