ISO file format is a CD or DVD image, which means it is a complete CD or DVD with tons of files combined into one file. Therefore, you cannot convert an ISO into a movie or sound format. You would need an ISO program to extract the files to your hard drive. Then, with the appropriate program, you can convert those files into the formats you want.
