It really depends on what you consider exercise and how intense you plan these to be. Cardio? It's healthy daily, as long as you don't plan on running a marathon daily.
Weight training? A difficult topic to hit on in such a short answer... but don't over-do the weights unless you have knowledge in the area.

People should exercise 30mins a day and seven days a week. It will keep u'r muscle strong and the best way to let the body health. I jogging almost everyday after exercise you'll feel very relax. Hope you enjoy! Have a nice exercise!!

If possible you shd do it everyday in the morning. It will give you a good strat of the day and stay focus through out. Just spend minimum 30mins a day will do. Keep up the good work!

Every day is not good for your body because you don't have enough time to recouperate. I recommend working out 4-5 times a week for 45-60 minutes of cardio each.
