my height is 146 cm and my weight is 50 kg. i think im fat.i don't really have the time to excercise because im busy with school.i also don't eat carefully. i ate almost everything that makes me fat like chicken,fast foods,etc.i hardly ate fruits and veggies.can somebody help me to live a healthy lifestyle and at the same time lose weights or have a flat tummy.

Do you make time each day to brush your teeth or shower?

You need to take your body/health seriously enough to fit some type of exercise into your day.

I work 10-12 hour days typically - if I can find time - you can!

Eat anything you want - in moderation - and exercise!

When you exercise regularly, your mind will be more alert and you will be more productive. So even if you spend time exercising in the morning, you will get more time for your other activities because you will be in a better mood to do more things, won't need an afternoon nap, so you actually get more time to get things done ! You might have to wake up abit earlier, maybe 6.30am to exercise and have a healthy breakfast ... start the day right ....

and I think 50kg is not fat .. I'm 50kg and 159cm tall ... and I'm already very thin ... I think for you its just nice. Just exercise to keep fit and keep your muscle toned to you will look better ...

Hi without doing exercice you can lose weight it's not a big deal
im taking a suplementary food everyday for my breakfast and dinner and lost total of 2 kg in 4 days my energy level is up no more tiring and now is already 4 weeks and i'm in a good shape total lost 5kg.Is that amazing. Ask me how but where are you from.

to keep toned walk as much as you can and for your healths sake once a week go swimming or biking half hour thast all its better than nothing. if u watch tv you can lift weights. doesnt amtter if ru thin or not to keep strong and toned. and a guideline to 1protein of a meal u need 2 carbs .. protein curbs the snacking issue and graze thru out the day little things spread out inst4ead of one big meal avoid eating at night as our body rests adn doenst utilize things . you can lay flat on the bed and hang legs over the edge then lift them up slowly fro the abs muscles to be toned. eat a bagel in the am protein drink then later fruit or raisins or yougurt mid morning.. protein bar then lunch salad -protein- soup -no fries no fats.. cheese is colored fat.. go for protein then dinner protein and carb salad .veggies are for enzymes to digest and utilize foods proper.

Try the low carb diet. You can eat meat, cheese and all that good stuff - just no carbs.

I can't think of anything else if....to lose weight is pretty simple

Good Way (hard) : Eat Less, Exercise More

Bad Way (easy): Take Crystal Meth....you an lose weight and feel on top of the world, but you might lose your life as well....

The rule to fuits and veggies eat FIVE colors a day. By doing so your body will be getting a variety of vitamins and all that it needs to survive!

eat every few hours to keep your metabolisim fast. and try to get even out all your food into the following catagories:
grain products
milk products
veg. and fruits
meat and alternatives

Eat well balanced meals and good for you snacks like fruits and veggies.If you walk you are excercing.

just like anything else in your life, you have to make it a priority and set aside time. It's not easy when you have a busy life, but just as you set aside time to pay your bills, you must also set aside time to exercise.
