I get big red dry skin patches on my face. They itch and peel.

Go and see a dermatologist. Your problem is most likely a skin condition called "Pokilodermia of Civatte". It is caised by sun damage over the years, if you spend a lot of time in the sun. Treatment for this condition is with the IPL laser. Make sure to follow up on this.

The biggest thing is to exfoliate daily (you can get a good exfoliating glove for a dollar at Dollarama if you don't want to buy scrubs... if you want to use scrubs though a good apricot scrub is great), and use a good quality lotion on the areas (doesn't have to be expensive, I use Curel Extreme Care, which is less than $5)

Try cleansing with the new soaps in a tube,and a good moisturizer.The best is hemmroid medications,honestly.
