I've had many blisters, but sorry, I cannot answer. I have never let one run its course from liquid filled blister to uninjured flesh. I have always busted, drained, and medicated them, (not always medicating, but triple antibiotic helps greatly).

It really depends on what kind of shape your body is in and what you eat. Dark green veggies have nutrients in them that heal cuts and other skin abrasions quickly. So if you are a vegetarian with a diet high in these types of foods this should heal up within a week. If you don't watch you diet and eat more junk type foods on the run it could take upwards of 2 weeks. There are other factors at play here but this is really the number one issue on this point.
