Our universe has always been and it will always be... There is no reason to think that it had to have a beginning.

The stuff of the universe - matter, energy and space - has always been there. It takes new form and interacts upon itself but it does not decay or become used up in the process. Energy becomes matter and matter converts to new energy and it all stays in a relative balance for the most part.

Occasionally, gigantic cosmic changes take place and this may redistribute the parts of the universe dramatically, as happened with the latest Big Bang, but this is still not a beginning... The Big Bang may have occurred billions and billions of times before and it will likely do so billions and billions of times again... infinitely.

Of the origin of the species: The beginning of man seems to be located in the central part of Africa. That's where men have found the oldest evidence of our beginnings. You can search it by reading a bit of anthropology and archeology if you'd like to know the latest news on the subject. However, if you wish to remain ignorant ... the fairy tale story of Eden is as good as any.

About your personal self-control... it is no more than it appears to be. Do you wish to "do anything" like commit a murder? Do you wish to act irrationally and risk the consequences of society? We do have rules and morals in our society, you know. We don't let irrational people run freely. We declare war on crime and drugs and terrorism and we support civil harmony.... Which would you like to be a part of, the good guys or the bad guys, the rational or the irrational? It's all up to you.

It isn't God that is infinite, but rather it is the universe which is so - don't you see that? ...and it isn't God who sets up our moral code, but it's you and me and our neighbors who do so...

I hope you understand this now. It isn't difficult to see - and you can believe it because it's the truth.... or would you rather believe that a man once lived in the belly of a whale?

Stars were not _created_ they formed over millions of years- and are still forming today!

Do you suppose that God created everything, and then made it _appear_ to be older than it is? That might makes sense, if stars appear to be a million years old and you think that the universe is only a few thousand... but there is light reaching the earth right now from galaxies so distant that THE LIGHT is older
than that!

Did God place the light where it should go, then send it on it's merry way toward us, JUST so we could see it when we finally invented radio-telescopes?

PUHLEESE!

Perhaps there are such things as "gods"- creatures of pure spirit who influence and impact us in ways we don't entirely understand. But even if this unlikely possibility is true, the BIBLE remains exactly what it has always been- a fairy tale. There is no benevolent creator. Everything is precisely as it is because and only because it is.

Human beings resulted from a long series of natural processes over the course of several billion years. Unlikely, sure, but if it happened all over again, it probably would've turned out differently. Maybe some other species would've risen up and conquered the world instead.

The universe resulted from the Big Bang. There is a very large amount of evidence that pretty much proves without a doubt that the Big Bang did indeed happen. What caused it is still up in the air, but that's not to say that science will never have the answer.

i suppose scientists would be flattered to know that you think that they have ALL the answers to the mysteries of the universes right now at their disposal. but science is an process of discovery and should someday the scientists make observations that allows them to answer the questions concerning the origins of the universes and they are able prove those observations to be factual you'll hear about it. in the meantime, for folks like you "goddidit" will suffice. right?

who knows? maybe one day the Hubble Telescope will pick up images of a huge old man with a long white beard sitting on a golden throne commanding existence into existence.

With your argument, something that is complex needs a creator, right? Surely your god is much more complex then the universe. If so, who then created your god? Do you see the flaw in your question?

You need to study astronomy, the stars did not need to be created. Stars are formed naturally out of the dust from other stars that have died. Such is the way of life and continues to this day.

As for the last part of your question, I just can't understand you.

Why do you ask who?

Who usually refers to some person.

Why not ask what created the stars?

Or how did the stars come into being?

As to the rest of your question, without punctuation, I can't make head nor tails of it.

Whether or not God exists, periods and commas do exist. You may want to start acting as if you had faith in them as much as you have faith in God.

Atheists don't believe that they themselves are "god". They don't believe that they have higher power to do anything supernatural at all. Atheists just don't believe in anything. They are just here like you and me, they just don't believe. I think people become atheists because 'God' must have let them down somewhere along the line. People start feeling that if there were a god, why did he let my loved
ones die or why did I loose everything in my life, if there's a god and he loves us, why does he let us endure hardship. I think that's when some people decide to stop believing in anything and start taking life as it comes, thinking that's just life and become atheist.
This is only my opinion on why some become atheist.

Not who, what. The stars were created in the Big Bang. We were created by abiogenesis followed by almost four billion years of evolution.

You seem very confused. You need to learn a lot more about cosmology and evolution; didn't you learn about star formation and human evolution in high school? Oh, and nobody said humans created ourselves. That's silly.
