People go around with no panties on,
getting out of low slung cars to get noticed.
I think the only thing worse than people doing this
is realizing how desperate they are for attention

i think it is a good quote it doesn't always have to be bad when someone is talking about you. plus if they are talking about you in a bad way that person is making you known and also means you are worth talking about.

It is far better to know that people have some opinion of you (and therefore talk ...), rather than have no opinion whatsoever (and therefore not talk). Also, when people are talking about you, you can hear what they are saying.
