Not sure what you are asking but they may do an autopsy to find out what happened. Then the mortician is called and the body is prepared for viewing and burial. Good luck.. Pops

If a patient dies durning surgery the doctors call time of death, stitch up any incisions made during surgery, then someone from the morgue comes to get the body and take it to the morgue where then can do all their business and get it ready for the funeral home.

What kind of question is that? Are you doing science homework?
If a patient dies on the table the doctors will stop the operation and close the person back up and tell the family that it the patient didnt make it.

they try to resuscitate them and if not they note the time and cause and then bring them downstairs to the morgue. then they notify the next of kin and bring in a grief counselor to speak with them. then the family does like any other they make arrangements for the funeral home and then the burial/cremation.

An autopsy needs to be done to find out the actual cause. Then they can release the deceased to be buried. I'm not sure what else you're asking though
