Where can i find answers on the plea bargain of attempted delivery of marijuana?

A lawyer told me that excepting a deal of attempted delivery of marijuana would be the best choice, that i woould likely not get any jail time. I need to make sure i am not going to get screwed. I need info on this matter.

Make sure you hear the prosecuting attorney say that he agrees to no jail.

I dont know i anit ever made no deals not my thing you feel me but I do know one thing anit noone like a snitch so dont tell the police or anyone else **** you heard
