There isn't a perfect size family in my opinion.

What if you met the mate of your dreams and they had way too many kids....

I am an only child and my opinion is NONE. I do have a son from a previous marriage and 3 step daughters now. However, in this day and age where things are so tough to earn a living and the world is full of so much violence and hatred, if I would have had my way, I would have chose to never have kids. I am sure this is selfish to most people, but that is just how I feel.

I heard this answer once a long time ago:

We all have the responsibility to replace ourselves on the planet.

That makes 2 children per family, I guess.

I have an only child......I don't recommend it.
