I have mastered my Waltz, and want to move on. What is the next jump you learned? I can get in the air high enough to do a full 360, but can't land it.
P.S. I'm not using my toepick on that one jump!
Any tips? Please help!

Ok, I mean what is after the waltz! Everyone is saying Waltz, and I have already done that.

the waltz jump was my first jump but after that, you can do:

single toe loop: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hx1xGLPBm4
single salchow: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o_doMtqr12A&mode=related&search=
half loop: (really really easy) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T0xaxQ0ZtXM
half flip (really really easy)
half lutz(really really easy)
*single loop http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_w2lOPqpDxA
*single flip
*single lutz

*don't do these until you've mastered the others and are working on them with a coach, they're a little harder and you don't want to get bad technique.

and then you start the harder jumps like the axel and doubles!

The first jump I learned was the waltz jump. The next ones were the salchow and the toe loop concurrently. The next step up was the loop, flip and lutz.

When it comes to landing jumps remember to have soft knees, The knee bend will help to absorb the impact of your landing and make it easier to stay on your feet.

Keep up the great work!

Well after that is a ballet jump which if you do a waltz jump, and then step forward with your left toe-pick in the ice, and you kick your right foot in the air.

After that is single salchow and toe loop. Good Luck!

A single salchow then a single Axel but Axel's are really hard flip jumps are in my opinion a little easier but the salchow helps to perfect your technique and build your confidence in your jumping skills good-luck and don't ever stop skating I did when I got into highschool and it wasn't "cool" anymore and I've regretted it ever since. And remember to have lots of fun too.

You can try a single salchow or half flip. It might take some time for you to land a jump. Just practice and be patient. Good luck.
