Do you prefer to invite a girl to come do some things like bowling, movies with you and some friends on a first date or just you and her alone doing things?
And anyone have ideas of other things to do on a first date?

Speaking from the female point of view, I think it depends on your history with the person prior to the date. For example, if it is the first time you are meeting the person, it should be simple and open-ended. You don't want to have a long evening planned and then find out in the first ten minutes that it just isn't clicking. If you have met and already know you both are interested, maybe maybe dinner and a movie. Meeting a person's friends on a first date can be a little intimidating if the girl is shy. She may feel like she is being "sized up". You want to do something that would keep you both at ease...no pressure.

If its your first date with the girl i would recommend a group date. i always considered those fun! Bowling also sounds as a great idea. Then on the next date you two can go out alone and it wont be as akward.

It depends on your age. Very young should go on group dates. Youngish the more active dates you mentioned. After mid 20's dinner and a movie but with all of that -- ask her not us!

i like to hang out with my friends and my date if its a first or seconed just because it fills the acwared moments to have otheres to talk to .. or let them talk.. and you can talk to your date.. movies you cant really get to know anyone w/ a movie.. but bowlings a good idea..

Well it depends, if her friends are gonna come, bring friends, if she's not don't. I feel that it's easier to get to know a girl one on one. Um some other things i like to do is miniature golf, playing some pool, going ice skating, anything fun, but things that you are able to talk while doing it.

Just you and her. That way you can get to know her. Find out what she likes and dislikes sports games tv dinner and shopping movies ect....you cant ask that with friend their unless you want them in your bussiness or date>? Plus you could flirt with out them telling you stupid things to say,

definately something u can do alone with her. first dates are ways for u and the other person to get to know eachother and u cant do that with a billion other ppl there. take her out to eat so u can rely talk. u need to make a good impression, u kno wut i mean? :)
