eat a large breakfast and small lunch and small dinner if you want to loose a little weight.
If not try eating cereal in the morning and the samiches in the afternoon-dinner. drink more milk as long as it isn't the really fatty milk. eat or take vitamins for fruit intake, try more vitamin C and E. The first week i did that i lost 10lbs. the next week i lost 14lbs.

The dinner seems a bit light…
Cereal???
I'd take multivitamins too

And you're not drinking that much milk…

And you need more vegetables and fruits…

What about variety? Why eat the same thing everyday? Change it up a bit! Your stomach gets bored too! Fish? Meat? Tofu? etc.... Pasta?

Maybe whole grain bread?

and so on

You sure do like turkey, don't you?

Tell you what, eat more in the morning and less as you get closer to bed time. Try to front-load 70% of your daily calories before 3 pm (assuming you go to bed around 10 or 11).

Watch those granola bars - often they contain trans fat, and they've got a lot of sugar. Fruit might be better... and cheaper (at 14 you may not think in those kind of terms, but it can make a difference later).

Hope that helps.

Not too much milk at all! But way to limited! More fruits and veggies. How about some chicken, fish, pork, peanuts, sunflower seeds, and yogurt? Although commend you on eating healthy! Just try some different things!

No, the milk is good, as long as it is skim or 1%... you're making me hungry I think I'll go make a sandwich myself.
