No. Tourettes is lifelong and there is not a cure, yet. Medications can help in some cases, but it is only by trial-and-error that the individuals must find this out. Not everyone responds the same to the medications. Plus Tourettes is commonly accompanied with ADD, ADHD, OCD or any combination of these and/or other conditions.

Sometimes, Tourettes can "mellow" by the time a person is 18, 19, 20 years old. Tourettes patients can expect to live a normal lifespan.

There are many medications that suppress symptoms, but at this time, there is no cure.

no, some meds work a little but that is about it.. and I have never heard of surgrey working
