I'm not a picky eater,so tell me which ones should I include in my diet..Thanks

general rule of thumb-the darker the vegie the better it is for you.
and steaming is the best way to cook them to retain nutrients.or only boil them briefly,over cooking desroys most of the nutrients.

I think the very best thing is to eat a wide variety of foods so that you get the benefits from each of them.

The darker in color the better. I also avoid high glycemic fruits and vegetables (potatoes, bananas, mangoe, carrots, pease)

all your greens. if you buy them frozen they will carry more vitamins in them because they are frozen before shiped this will hold in the nutrition better. and make sure you boil them to bring out their nutrition
