NO--security is high for everyone anyway but that will not stop your visit.
Actually--having Israel stamp on your passport will stop your visits to Muslim countries.
Israel will not stamp your passport with their stamp if you request it --in order for you to be able to visit Mulim countries.

I see that as rather accomodating of Israel.

I know a number of people who were in your situation who haven't had much problems entering Israel. If you're Muslim, understandbly, you're going to face more scruitiny when they ask you questions about your visits to those countries and your reasons for visiting Israel. In any case, be prepared to get asked questions about your trips to those countries, your background, and your reasons for visiting Israel. Don't take any of it to heart, the people asking you questions are trusted to prevent foreign terrorists from entering Israel (e.g., Richard Reed and the Pakistani-English guy who bombed Mike's Place bar in T-A)

You'll certainly have more trouble going to a Muslim country after visiting Israel than vice versa. But then, wouldn't you expect Israel to be sensible and accomodating, and various other countries in the region not to be?

No, but if it was the opposite you would have a problem (ie. if you have Israeli stamp on your passport and you trying to enter an Arab country).

They will hassle you at the airport, they will ask lots of question and maybe even take your things apart (suitcase etc.) if you do not mind being thoroughly checked, there will be no problem
at all.
